Performance requirements state that no more than 45 out of 300 children should be able to open the packaging during the first 5 minutes of testing. However, tests revealed that only 2 out of 300 children managed to open Locked4Kids cartons. This is less than 1%, while the allowable maximum is 15%.
After the auditor demonstrated the opening procedure, no more than 60 children should be able to open the cartons during the second 5-minute testing period. In tests with Locked4Kids, only 11 children managed to open the cartons. This is less than 4%, while the maximum allowable level is 20%.
